A Fleur de Lis New Year!

Joanne (sleepyinseattle) was our hostess for the Doubledog Dare Challenge last week- and her challenge was to make a clean and simple New Year's card.

I love this Stampendous New Years Hat stamp (it may be retired (sorry!) as I couldn't find it on their web site when I tried to link it here). I embossed it with silver EP and popped it up on a scalloped square Nestability and then on the Fleur de lis shapeability. The background is embossed with the Swiss Dots Cuttlebug folder. I really like this silver/blue color combination don't you?!

We'd love to have you join us in the Doubledog Dare challenges every Tuesday - just add DDC to your keywords when you load your card on Split Coast!

I wish everyone a very Happy and Healthy 2010 - one that's full of new stamps!!

I am so thankful for all of you - my blogging friends - who give me such support on my blog and such wonderful inspiration from your blogs!
