Good morning and happy Friday! What do you think of my new blog background and header I made yesterday?
I wanted to let you all know that Sassy Studio Designs is having their second Sassy Seven Design Team Call Out! Read the following for all the deets! Scroll down a little farther to see the SSD Dare to be Sassy Challenge!
We cannot believe how fast these 1st 5 months have flown by!!! We are nearing the end of our 1st design team term and it has been a wonderful journey. And now it is time to begin a new one! With the ringing in of the new year we will be bringing in a New Design Team!!! Some of our current members are going to stay on and take a leadership role, but there will still be a need for 7 sassy ladies to take on the role of The Sassy Seven Design Team! The term will be only 3 months starting 1/1/10 and ending 3/31/10.
The Requirements
1) - you will be assigned challenges - there will be only 1-2 required of you each month (it will be a rotating schedule with 3 people assigned to each challenge)
2) - you must do a minimum of 2 cards or other projects per image you are assigned for each release. (however, there is flexibility...you only get as many images as you say you can take on, with a minimum of 1. so if you take one image you do 2 samples, if you have a ton of time and can do 10 images you would have to do 20 samples)
3) - you must do 1 extra project per week. This project can be done with any of our past images or you can even participate in extra challenges you were not assigned to.
4) - you must post all of your SSD creations on PCP, SCS and your personal blog
5) - you must be able to participate in our release events on every 1st and 15th (of course if you have something important Lindsay can work with you, but the point is to plan to participate and communicate with us if you can't)
If you do only the minimums it will be 9-10 projects/month.

On to Dare to be Sassy Thursday! Today (I'm a day late and a dollar short again!) we have a photo inspiration challenge. Use the following photo to inspire your project. Use ANY SSD image on your project and comment with a direct link HERE to be entered to win your choice of TWO SSD images!
I used Christmas Cottage for this challenge. It didn't turn out exactly the way I had hoped. I used CTMH Liquid Glass to add 'ice' to the house and parts of the trees...it didn't photograph well. I used glass glitter for the snow, and if you have ever read my blog before, you'll know I have never been able to get it to photograph well. It's so sparkly and pretty IRL!
Join us in our challenge this week! Can't wait to see what you make! :O) Have a great day!
