Sew Many Cards May Sketch Layout

Hello everyone!  Each month Sew Many Layouts has a contest on their Paper Craft Planet group.  All you have to do is use the following sketch as a jumping off point and create any sized layout and use at least 1 digital image - a Sew Many Cards digi image is preferred (you can pick up your freebie HERE)!

To join us just post your creations in the comments section on the PCP group with a direct link to your layout by 05/29/10 11:59PM EST! Two random winners will be chosen to win a couple of SMC images!

Show Us What Ya Got!

Good morning everyone and Happy National Scrapbooking Day!!!  Welcome back to Sew Many Layouts Challenges!  After a short break the DT is back and ready for action!


In honor of National Scrapbook Day, the DT have created layouts using some of their favorite scrapping goodies.  I have been scrapping for about 9 years now and I love it.  The new thing I have to say that I am excited about is digital scrapbooking.  One more thing to add to my list of collections!  ;O)  I love that I can change everything around in the blink of an eye, all my "cuts" are always straight, I can create my own backgrounds...all without ever having made a mess!  You will certainly be seeing digital layouts right here...I hope you come back frequently and see what I've been up to.

THE CHALLENGE:
Create any sized layout and use ANY digital image (we would love to see you use a SMC image).  Share your favorite supplies and techniques with us too!

For my layout today I used the sweet Butterfly image from Sew Many Cards...how can you resist that face?  Our sponsor today is Kristen Powers Ink, so I have also incorporated her awesome digital images as well.  The mushrooms (2 not shown) and the small butterfly all come together!
