It's the Saturday Waltzingmouse Sketch!

Yay! it's the weekend again - and for me it's a long one with Martin Luther King Day on Monday - what do you think?? Will I stamp??? I hope you'll be inspired to stamp when you see this fun sketch Claire has for us this week!

And here's my take on it today....
I used Basic Grey Sultry papers for the 'tiles'. Then I stamped the dotted circle on white card stock, cut it out with a lacey circle Nestability, cut out the center with a circle Nestability and stamped the sentiment and a decorative circle on the cut out circle.
The dotted circle and decorative circle stamps are both from Vintage Circles Small and the Irish Proverb is from Words of Wisdom (I love this set!) - all Waltzingmouse of course!
I adhered the sentiment circle on the patterned paper then used foam tape on the lacey circle so it sits above it. The butterflies are adhered to the frame with glue dots.
So go and check out the WMS Sketch Blog and get inspired by the cards the Mischief Makers and other DT members have created using this week's sketch.
Then make your own card using the sketch and link it on the Sketch Blog by Thursday 1/20/11 at 11:59 pm EST - you could be chosen Top Mouse !! Winners are announced each Saturday along with the new sketch challenge. And there just may be a WMS stamp set to be won too!
